OEU AIRBNB ACADEMY
This 8-week course, designed to be self-paced, teaches you three major components of short-term rental processes: start-up; finding/funding units; and marketing and automation. An extra two components of the course will cover business basics and residual income transferring to generational wealth.
The cost of the course does not include turnkey lease. However, for an additional cost, you can secure our turnkey lease acquisition, where, upon completion of the course, you will receive your certificate of completion and your first Airbnb property will be located for you in the geographical region of your choosing.

The course is completely online and instructed through a software called Kajabi. The next course will begin September 6, 2026. The student portal will open on September 5, 2026.
